In such cases the administrator who may be your Employer or a Codegnan Authorised Training partner (ATP) is our “Customer.” We collect Information under the direction of our customers and have no direct relationship with the End-User whose personal data we process.

If Codegnan is found to have disclosed the content of any of the Open Group’s examination scenarios, questions, or answers to any third party other than in the normal course of Codegnan attendees sitting the examinations, the Agreement and all Schedules attached to it will be immediately terminated and the Open Group shall remove all of the Codegnan’s ATCs and Affiliates from the Accreditation Register.
